4 Real Rules for a Limitless Reality

Steadily moving forward toward what you want?  sounds easy enough... But becoming distracted by what your friends, family or even the latest A-Lister in magazines is wearing, or doing, saying, or selling can send you down a detour that is actually a dead end. Your mind and spirit are limitless. With that said, know that the most important rules to remember are: 1. What you don't want doesn't belong in your mind! Put the 'KEEP OUT' sign on the doors of your perception when it comes to what you don't want. Really. Stay clearly focused on the attributes that you DO want, let's say, 'beauty', for an example that most women can relate to. Keeping your thoughts on "beauty" surrounding yourself with "beauty", talking about it, imagining what it feels like to be more "beautiful"...creates a fertile ground for more of it coming in, for sure.... 2. Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal  Cookies Ok Goddess, I'll be honest..There is no gluten, or sugar in this....but me and the kids love 'em. 1  1/4 cup of all-purpose gluten free flour (you may substitute up half to of this with almond flour if you wish) 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. himalayan pink salt Combine the above in a small bowl then: Combine in a bigger bowl 3/4 cup of Ghee or melted cocoa butter 1 cup coconut palm sugar 1  1/2 tsp, vanilla extract 1 egg (or go eggless: 1/4 veg. oil OR 1tbsp cornstarch +2tbsp water) 2 tbsp almond milk cream it all up together then add the flour mixture to the creamy-sugary mix then 1  3/4 raw cacao nibs (you can soak them in almond milk  for a half hour to soften them a bit) 1 cup gluten free oats optional: add your favorite nuts too (i love pecans or walnuts in here)...or raisins, or nuts and raisins, go crazy! 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven Eat em up.
