4 Real Rules for a Limitless Reality

Steadily moving forward toward what you want?
sounds easy enough... But becoming distracted by what your friends, family or even the latest A-Lister in magazines is wearing, or doing, saying, or selling can send you down a detour that is actually a dead end.

Your mind and spirit are limitless.

With that said, know that the most important rules to remember are:

1.What you don't want doesn't belong in your mind!
Put the 'KEEP OUT' sign on the doors of your perception when it comes to what you don't want.

Really. Stay clearly focused on the attributes that you DO want, let's say, 'beauty', for an example that most women can relate to. Keeping your thoughts on "beauty" surrounding yourself with "beauty", talking about it, imagining what it feels like to be more "beautiful"...creates a fertile ground for more of it coming in, for sure....

2. Don't believe what other people say about "beauty" if it doesn't resonate with the positive, good feelings that you are cultivating about it. One of the one's I used to hear, was "you have to suffer to be beautiful" and "it's dangerous to be beautiful"..Now these were well-meaning people who were offering their opinion to me, and I had to do some serious weeding to get these beliefs out! No one can pollute your imagination unless you let them..Keep your 'thought garden' flourishing by seeding  more good thoughts and images about "beauty", and enjoying beautiful people, places, and things. Then Defend your Garden as if your happiness depends on it.

3. Don't allow your past to dictate what is possible now.
"Well I've never been very pretty" or "Kids used to call me ugly" or "I was never as beautiful as my best friend". These types of comments may be in your head, or you might even speak them aloud. The past is so over. Don't spend any more time back there in I've-never-been-a-lookersville, or I've-always-been-this-way-town. Getting beyond your concept of yourself requires you to leave it in the past where it belongs.

4.Don't let "reality" dictate what is possible for you now, either. I'm using "reality" reeeeallly loosely here. Your current view of what's going on, or what you see in the mirror is mutable.
Transient...and always getting better. As long as you believe it is.

If you have people who can hold on to your vision of "beauty" or "whatever else you want" then get them to support you, (I could be that for you too!) If not, ..be strong! Do not waver off the path! Set out to enjoy your new reality, and inspire others with your triumphant story.
Love you, you brave beautiful Goddess!
